I think my team is a lot smaller than I originally thought, there's only like 4 of us? Crazy...
anyways.. I gained over the weekend with AF in town, but managed to get back down to starting weight of 179. I had a 0.2 loss this week. Not good! But I did get in 610 exercise minutes for the weekly challenge of tracking how much you worked out. That's a little over 10 hours... hmm.. I never knew I worked out that much before. Coolness.
Well here's hoping week 2 is much better than week 1!
Stupid AF ruins everything. A loss is a loss and next week you'll probably knock out 3 pounds or something ridiculosu becauase you always have to be awesome like that.

I agree with April. I always retain water/bloat when AF is in town! Awesomeness on 10 hours total of workouts. I seriously bow down to you! And you know I'm cheering for you :)

ReplyDelete10 hours! Dang girl your a warrior! I struggle to get in 3 hours a week between work, the house, a husband and a toddler! Great job!
ReplyDeletelol yeah well i just have the toddler. im not working, this isnt my house, and im single! so i have a lot of 'free' time on my hands. with a 3 year old its still a little rough and gotta work around what i can do with him or while hes napping or something.. but yeah i dont think i could pull all that off if i had a lot of other responisibilities right now. im thankful for the time i have to work on me right now. not working is sort of a blessing in disguise. though being dirt poor sucks.
